“When I left my lacquer workshop in Vietnam as well as my R&D work in Asia on materials and know-how with Hermes, I wondered what was the most beautiful material to start my journey as an artist with.
It happened to be ‘‘Flower Powder‘’, previously offerings of a temple in Burma. The flowers are turned into powder and mixed with lacquer.
I use this material to make Spheres, each one unique and different, with its own shine and vibration.”
